How it works
Three steps. You stay in control.
List anonymously
Tell us about your home — neighborhood, condition, timing. No name, no contact info, no exact address until you choose.
Brokers compete
Vetted CA DRE-licensed brokers see your needs and pitch their best terms — commission, marketing plan, timing. Apples-to- apples comparison.
You choose
Pick the broker who earns your business. Identities exchange only after BOTH parties agree on terms in writing. We facilitate — you stay in control.

Why list anonymously?▾
Today, listing a home publicly invites a flood of unsolicited calls from agents who scraped your number. BrokerCompete keeps your name, exact address, and contact info private until you explicitly select a broker. You stay in control of who can reach you.
How do brokers compete?▾
Each broker pitches their best terms — commission rate, marketing plan, listing photographer + staging, timing, and any value-adds. You compare them side-by-side, then choose. It's the same process commercial sellers use for service contracts — applied to your largest personal transaction.
When do brokers learn my identity?▾
Only after BOTH parties agree on terms in writing. Until then, brokers see your needs (neighborhood, condition, timing) but not your name, address, or phone. This is the patent-claimed workflow (USPTO #64/073,569) — identity is the last data exchanged, not the first.
What does Outcome Networks have to do with this?▾
Outcome Networks LLC is the parent company. BrokerCompete is the real-estate-specific consumer surface; the same platform powers other vertical marketplaces under different brand names. One LLC, one identity-protection technology, multiple industry-specific front doors.
Is this RESPA-compliant?▾
Yes. BrokerCompete is a facilitator, not a settlement-service provider. We never receive commission splits, kickbacks, or referral fees from brokers. Brokers pay a flat subscription to be on the panel — there's no per-transaction revenue share with us. This separates us from referral-fee arrangements that RESPA Section 8 prohibits.
